Shipping and Return Policy

WINGERS Shipping & Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please email wingers@wingerbros.com or call 801-261-3700 with the reason for your return or exchange. We will respond to your request with further instructions.

Return Exceptions

Sauce cannot be returned if the bottle has been opened.

Refund Amount

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your order requires an exchange, you will need to pay for return shipping. For sauce orders, if the bottle is broken on arrival and you need a new product, you will not need to send back the original item and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm.

Carriers

We use USPS Priority to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

If you provide an email address with your order, we will send you a tracking number when it is received from the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the USPS Priority rate. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
